To meet Francesca and Paco,

These two adult cats were returned to PAW after their adopter of almost 9 years developed serious allergies. They are definitely a team and have been together since they were little. Francesca was found at just one month old with a pretty bad cut and had to spend the first six months of her life in rabies isolation with no contact to the outside world, just a cage. Paco was taken away from an abusive family when he was just one year old. When PAW rescued him he was skin and bones, had lost all his fur, and didn't know how to play. Adopted together, Francesca & Paco became fast friends who got into trouble as a team every chance they got. Both are very well behaved and never jump on couches/tables. Francesca is a character who prances around like she is a princess and loves to be petted and sleep at the foot of the bed. She follows her foster through the house chatting away. Francesca loves to do is steal things from around the house and move them to different hiding spots, especially tools. Completely black with a white puff on her chest, she has a great personality. |

Paco is quite the big man. He has been likened to a bear rug when he lays down! Like many of us, he is constantly on a diet and seems to be an emotional eater. He loves to be around people and develops strong emotional attachments. He loves to give a big old head butt just to let his human know he loves him. Paco is an adorable pile of fur and love. It would be a shame to separate the two kitties as they have lived together for almost ten years. PAW hopes that they can be adopted as a pair. Francesca & Paco's despondent prior adopter has arranged to provide litter, box, food, toys, scratching post and other start-up supplies to anyone interested in providing the kitties a forever home together. Do you have love in your heart for two older, but but still young at heart and loving cats? If so, please contact Kim. |
