Enabling Javascript

Use your browser's back arrow to return to the previous page.

Browsers

Different browsers -- and even different versions of the same browser -- can render web pages very differently. Some browsers have limited functionality. If you have a problem with the form (the way it looks or the functions not executing properly), please send an email to jdrazek@hotmail.com, describing the problem and including the name and version of the browser you are using. Note that this form cannot be used with Netscape 4. If you are using Netscape 4, consider downloading a more up-to-date browser.

How to enable Javascript

If you do not know your browser version, select the "About..." option in the "Tools" menu.
To return to the previous page, use your brower's Back button.

Internet Explorer 6

  1. Select the "Internet Options..." menu item in the "Tools" menu.
  2. Click on the "Security" tab
  3. Select the Internet icon.
  4. Click on the "Custom Level" button.
  5. Scroll down to the "Active
    6. Scripting" Item.
  6. Select the option marked "Enable".
Internet Explorer 5.x
  1. Select the "Internet Options..." menu item in the "Tools" menu.
  2. Click on the "Security" tab
  3. Select the Internet icon.
  4. Click on the "Custom " button near the bottom.
  5. Scroll down to the "Active
    6. Scripting" Item.
  6. Select the option marked "Enable".
Internet Explorer 4.x

  2. Click on the "Security" tab

Netscape 6.1
  1. Select the "Preferences..." menu item in the "Edit" menu.
  2. Click on the "Advanced" option.
  3. Select the checkbox marked "Enable Javascript for Navigator".
Netscape 4.x
  1. Select the "Preferences..." menu item in the "Edit" menu.
  2. Click on the "Advanced" option.
  3. Select the checkbox marked "Enable Javascript".
