ANDIE

ANDIE was taken to the shelter along with her brother and a young puppy, discarded the week before Christmas when abandoned by their owner. Luckily both other dogs have since gone to other rescues. ANDIE is a cutie pie, very sweet and endearing. Her walking buddies say that she walks nicely on leash. We are just getting to know this girl but our senses tell us that she will make an outstanding family pet. She appears to like other dogs and loves to spend time with friends and eat yummy treats.

ANDIE doesn't seem to have much experience indoors or at least on tile or similar floor surfaces. Each time she gets to that sort of flooring she freezes up and needs to be coaxed. We are working to teach her that there are many great things out there for her to experience. As such, her adopters need to be patient with her while she learns. A quiet and understanding home environment are just what she needs.
