CARLY

Carly came into the shelter as a stray, together with a another dog. This other dog was terrified of everything and looked to Carly to be the leader. Wherever Carly went, this dog would follow her. The timid dog went to another rescue very quickly, but for some reason Carly got left behind - so of course we had to take her.

Carly is a quiet, gentle girl - she loves attention and will give quick little kisses in return. She is fine with other dogs, and was very gentle with some young kids that came to pet her, though rowdy behavior would probably frighten her away.

Carly may need a little help with learning how to live in a home, but she will learn quickly and will be a loving and faithful friend to whoever takes her home. We hope that will happen soon.
