CODY

[CODY ] Cody’s early years were not happy. Untrained and unsocialized, he spent a lot of time alone, crated in a basement. By the time he came to PAW he had hated being crated (who can blame him) and had some separation anxiety.

[CODY ]

PAW sent him to a special foster home with a trainer, where he has received help in overcoming his fears of confinement and abandonment. Now he is ready for a fresh start – this sweet, sensitive dog will blossom and thrive with a loving family, willing give him a chance at a normal life.

[CODY ]

Cody is an outgoing dog who loves to hang out with other dogs. He enjoys romping and wrestling with both male and female dogs and also loves to play with toys, including sharing them with other dogs. He will be happiest in a home with a large, fenced-in yard, one or more easy-going canine companions, and not too much alone time. Although not a high energy dog, he enjoys exploring the world and would love long walks in a suburban or rural environment.

Cody is housetrained, walks well on leash, travels fine in the car, and will make a loving and faithful companion. Do come and meet Cody soon – this handsome, affectionate hound will melt your heart!
