Elsa was adopted from PAW in 2009 and has lived happily in her home
for three years. She is housetrained, has good house manners and knows
all her basic commands (sit, down, come, etc). She loves going for
walks and car rides, adores being petted by humans of any age, and
genuinely thinks she is a lapdog - all 90 pounds of her! Sadly,
however, Elsa and the other family dog no longer get along and it was
decided that Elsa had to go.

Elsa is a happy, affectionate girl, eager to make friends, and to find
a home where she can lavish all her love on her new family. She is
looking for a home where there are no cats or other dogs and where she
can be loved and appreciated for the wonderful girl she is.
UPDATE:
Elsa had a torn cruciate ligament which needed surgery but she has
recovered well. The surgeon is very pleased with how her leg is
healing and has cleared her to go on walks as well as up and down
stairs. She has full motion of her leg and it doesn't seem to bother
her at all.
Elsa has been staying with a foster, who says: Elsa is a very loving,
loyal, cuddly dog. She loves every person she meets and is great with
kids too. She is housebroken and has great house manners. She loves
her toys, carries them around with her and is playful with them, but
does not tear them apart. She walks well on a leash and is very
obedient to commands. For the most part, Elsa is one big couch potato
who also likes to sunbathe and spend time looking out the window to
see what the rest of the world is up to.
