ELI

Eli trots along wagging his tail. He loves life, even though it seems like he really hasn't had much of one, until now. When he was found, he was thin and dirty, dragging a chain. Even starving for food and attention, he sat and took a treat ever so gently. You can't help but smile back at this boy when he looks at you and says "is this great or what?" Please come meet Eli!

Perfection is how Eli can be described in a foster home. He is quiet yet cautious at first, but settles down gratefully and soon acts as if he's been with you forever. He is housebroken. Eli is terrific both with other dogs and with cats. He playfully will retrieve a ball, bringing it right back to you, sometimes nudging it along with his nose first. What a special guy Eli is!
