FLASH

FLASH is a beautiful shepherd mix whose big brown eyes will absolutely melt your heart. She was returned to the shelter because her family was splitting up, so she's the product of a divorce in a situation where she was admittedly lacking the attention a young dog so needs. Because FLASH is young, she has a lot of energy but she responds well to leash corrections and so will do well with some training. FLASH would perhaps be a good dog for someone who wants a running companion. She is SUPER well behaved on car rides, does well with most other dogs and because of her energy level, would probably do best in a home that does not have very young children.

UPDATE MARCH: FLASH continues to await her new owners, her forever friends.. where are you????? Just when we think someone will be perfect for her, they move on. FLASH is a beautiful and smart girl who is patiently awaiting a new home but she.s growing weary of the process and not showing well at our adoption events and possibly overlooked because of her size. FLASH is high energy and remains skinny in the stress of the placement process. We can tell you she is a great girl who will thrive in an active household with people who know dogs. Of late she has been going on runs with a volunteer, followed by visits to her office where the volunteer.s co-workers enjoy her visits and lavish her with the love and attention that she craves.
