This petite and adorable gal was abandoned at a picnic when the person she came with was carted off to jail. The people in the house didn’t really know her owner except by his first name and so took her to the shelter where she had to take her chances on being re-homed. Hershey—as it should be with a name like that—is a very sweet girl so appears to have been taken care of up until now. She is hoping to wing her way into a great and stable home soon. Hershey is young and therefore active but adorable and loving. She is great with other dogs.
