Hi, I'm Landon. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a two year old, 35 pound, very handsome Spaniel mix. Mixed with what? Your guess is as good as mine! When I first arrived at PAW I was painfully shy; everything frightened me. Luckily, I went straight to a foster home. I have worked very hard to overcome many of my fears. There are some things that still make me uncomfortable. I don't enjoy being around cars but, I don't mind riding in one. I also prefer women over men. Sometimes my foster dad sits on the floor with me or pets me on the couch. That helps boost my confidence around men, but I still prefer women. My foster family has a lot of playmates, but I love the dogs the best. I really need a forever home that has a similarly sized confident doggie playmate. I enjoy wrestling and running with my doggie foster sisters. I have learned to avoid the cats because they make loud angry noises when I get too close. I like my young human foster sisters. They carry me around like a baby and hug me often. I still steal slippers, but I don't chew them up. I like playing with balls and treat-filled toys. I am potty-trained. At first I slept in a crate, but now I sleep on a doggie bed next to my doggie sisters. My foster mom has not seen any signs of food or toy aggression. I know “sit” and I don't jump up on counters or people. I can be a little shy at first, but once I am comfortable I will snuggle up right next to you. I love to be petted and people tell me how soft I am. If you are looking for a very sweet, calm and gentle pup, I may just be the perfect addition to your family!
