SKITTLES

Due to Skittles' previous life as the neighborhood's roaming bachelor, PAW is helping him to understand that all dogs are not a challenge and people are not going to hurt him. Skittles knows his basic commands and is a good looking dog. Too bad no one had time to have him neutered (think of all those puppies with no homes - SHAME) or to teach him good doggy citizenship. Skittles will certainly be more responsible in the future.
