Maryland Spay/Neuter License Plates


Spread the word! Help support spay and neuter of companion animals and reduce pet overpopulation. Order a "Maryland PET license plate" and half the cost goes toward spay and neuter costs.

Just send us your name and mailing address plus a check for $25 made out to PAW to:

We will send you a state form, certifing that we received the $25 donation from you. You then send or take the form to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Adminsistration with a check for $25 made out to the MVA. They will send you your new plates.
